    Job Responsibilities

    Incentive Program Development:


    • Create strategic incentive programs to boost channel partner sales.


    • Align incentives with our product and service offerings.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:


    • Conduct thorough research to ensure our incentives remain competitive.


    • Stay ahead by understanding market trends and competitor strategies.

    Clear Objectives and Metrics:


    • Define measurable reward objectives and performance metrics.


    • Ensure transparency and clarity for program participants.

    Data-Driven Insights:


    • Leverage data analytics to assess program effectiveness.


    • Identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

    Budget Management:


    • Manage rewards budgets efficiently.


    • Strive for cost-effectiveness without compromising impact.

    Effective Communication:


    • Develop concise materials for program launches and explanations.


    • Keep partners informed and engaged.

    Job Requirements

    Minimum degree holder with 5-8 years of work experience, related to designing and managing sales incentive programs, plus point if within the telecommunications industry.

    FMCG or any fast-moving industry/banking/insurance experience is an added advantage.

    Proven track record of success in driving channel sales growth through incentive and rewards.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision making.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

    A passion for the telecommunications industry and a strong understanding of channel sales dynamics.

    Professional Certification/Diploma/bachelor's degree/master's degree in relevant field
