    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager at AVEVA. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting regular account reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. While the role is based in Kuala Lumpur, some remote work is accepted.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
    • Knowledge of industrial software and solutions
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
