    Internship Opportunity: Recruitment Assistant

    Are you passionate about kick-starting your career in the dynamic field of recruitment Do you possess excellent communication skills and a knack for identifying top talent If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Recruitment Assistant Intern.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract candidates.
    • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job postings, resume screening, and conducting phone interviews.
    • Managing and expanding our candidate database and applicant tracking system.
    • Assisting in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational excellence playbook for the recruitment process.
    • Undertaking other ad hoc projects or special assignments as required.

    Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

    • University students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Enthusiastic about building a career in the recruitment industry.
    • Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude towards serving others.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in spoken and written English proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

    Details:

    • Work Location: Kuala Lumpur & Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work)
    • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
    • Duration: 3 to 6 months
    • Availability: Immediate start preferred, but can accommodate starting by May
    • Allowance: RM1500 per month
