Description

What will you do:

Infrastructure Setup:

Lead the establishment of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
Oversee the procurement and deployment of IT equipment, managing inventory and ensuring timely upgrades.

Access Management:

Develop and implement robust access control policies for employees, encompassing both onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collaborate with HR to streamline access procedures for new hires and manage account deactivation for resignees.

Vendor Collaboration:

Engage with external vendors to facilitate the acquisition and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Employee Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding IT-related matters and troubleshooting.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, assisting them in setting up their IT requirements.

Policy Development:

Formulate and enforce policies and procedures within the IT department, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Regularly review and update policies to align with technological advancements and security standards.

Autonomous Management:

Independently handle internet and CRM-related matters, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted services.
Act as an individual contributor in a startup environment, displaying adaptability and initiative.

Who are we looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure setup and technical support.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong proficiency in setting up and managing IT infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal skills to provide effective employee support.
Ability to work independently and manage internet and CRM-related issues autonomously.
Familiarity with policy development and enforcement.
