     Bachelor: Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

     Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is added advantage.

    Job Description 4

    Experience :

     At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement, with at least 1 full lifecycle of system implementation.

     Technical project management skills, preferably with experience in managing transformative/integration projects related to Core Insurance system (AS400), Insurance Point-of-Sales systems (POS), insurance products launch, Agent/Customer/Claim Portal, Data Lake, and Robotic/automation.

     Priority will be given to candidates with experience or domain expertise in GI/Life insurance products, big data, analytics, AI, infra and cloud, security, and automation.

     Hands-on system implementation will be considered if the experience is related to AS400 core insurance system, ecommerce portal, data lake, and cloud applications.

     Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor.

     Experience in managing Agile projects as Scrum Master will be added advantage.
