    Description

    Summary

    Overseeing property sales operations, managing a team, and achieving sales targets. Develops strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.

    Responsibilities (Sales)

    • Develops and implements sales plan and strategy to achieve company's target.
    • Develops and manages sales operating budget.
    • Manage overall sales activity, sales presentation and analysis of sales trend.
    • Prepare and update the sales performance forecast monthly.
    • Liaising with the marketing team to devise the best possible plans to drive sales revenue.
    • Identifies opportunities to expand market/clientele coverage in order to maximize sales revenue and increase market share.
    • Ensure efficiency of the sales administration team in handling the SPA before passing over to the credit administration department.

    Responsibilities (Marketing)

    • Develops and implements strategic marketing plan and forecasts to achieve corporate objective.
    • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
    • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
    • Manage social media activities with in house team and third party provider.
    • Control the monthly update of marketing collaterals to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience with a proven sales track record in the property development industry.
    • Fluent in BM and English, Mandarin and other languages is desired but not required.
    • Self motivated, resourceful and independent
