    We are looking

    for Guest Relations Officer - Korea

    Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring all guests especially Korean are enjoy with positive and memorable experience in the resort.
  • To anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
  • Take full responsibility of ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met.
  • Proactive and innovative suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs and to ensure they are delighted all the time.

    • Requirement:

  • Fluent in oral and written in Korea and English. Able to speak in other language is an added advantage
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory position with experience and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations.
  • Pleasant personality with effective interpersonal skills and strong customer relations skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
