- Planning and managing corporate events from end-to-end; understanding business needs, developing event concepts, budgeting, selecting venues, arranging vendors, managing logistics, stakeholder engagement and overseeing the event
- Create comprehensive event documentation, including critical time paths, contact reports, event budgets, and final reports.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforseen challenges.
- Lead the HRDCorp end to end process for grants and claim
- Effectively managing marketing support activities such as coordinating marketing campaign fulfillment, sourcing of campaign promotional merchandise from external vendor /supplier, logistic arrangement
- Prepare marketing and promotional activity materials according to the established plans and ensure their successful execution
- Analyze marketing and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as marketing, advertising, or event management is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record
- Microsoft 365 skills especially Word and Excel skills in particular event management
- Platforms like Eventbrite, Cvent, or Aventri for event registration, ticketing, and attendee tracking.
- Familiarization of HRDCorp claimable process and landscape
- Experience in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing materials
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong execution capability.
- Candidate must be proficient in English and Mandarin.
