    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and managing corporate events from end-to-end; understanding business needs, developing event concepts, budgeting, selecting venues, arranging vendors, managing logistics, stakeholder engagement and overseeing the event
    • Create comprehensive event documentation, including critical time paths, contact reports, event budgets, and final reports.
    • Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
    • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforseen challenges.
    • Lead the HRDCorp end to end process for grants and claim
    • Effectively managing marketing support activities such as coordinating marketing campaign fulfillment, sourcing of campaign promotional merchandise from external vendor /supplier, logistic arrangement
    • Prepare marketing and promotional activity materials according to the established plans and ensure their successful execution
    • Analyze marketing and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in fields such as marketing, advertising, or event management is preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record
    • Microsoft 365 skills especially Word and Excel skills in particular event management
    • Platforms like Eventbrite, Cvent, or Aventri for event registration, ticketing, and attendee tracking.
    • Familiarization of HRDCorp claimable process and landscape
    • Experience in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating marketing materials
    • Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong execution capability.
    • Candidate must be proficient in English and Mandarin.
