As Avanade's Recruitment Analyst, you will coordinate and perform the administration components of the recruitment process to support service quality, timeliness, and accuracy, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

    You will be part of a high performing, geographically spread team servicing a variety of staffing requirements varying from technical roles all the way through shared service corporate function opportunities. Together we do what matters.

    What you'll do
    • Execute and track job postings ensuring they are listed on niche job boards.
    • Schedule candidate screens and assessment related events as required gaining relevant availabilities and retrieve feedback forms from interviewers
    • Prepare offer letters and contract packages and coordinate approval routing, distribution, and retention.
    • Assist with administration of pre-employment check process.
    • Track employee referrals and coordinate timely referral payout processing.
    • Process invoices and recruit reimbursements, create purchase orders, and answer inquiries regarding payments.
    • Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements.
    Skills and experiences:
    • Previous administration experience
    • Experience in Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded, however not essential.
    • Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential
    • Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in navigating different IT systems (i.e.. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and recruitment systems etc.)
    • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
