With over ten years of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong competency in corporate real estate, advising and representing clients on various transactions and projects. I co-headed the corporate real estate practice group at Zul Rafique & Partners, one of the leading law firms in Malaysia, where I led a team of more than 10 employees and managed a portfolio of high-profile and complex instructions.

My mission is to provide effective and efficient legal solutions to my clients, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. I have been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in Corporate Real Estate by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

Passionate and dedicated legal practitioner with 13 years of professional experiences in legal practice specialising in corporate real estate. Previous work experiences includes commercial leases and tenancies, acquisitions and disposal of real property; residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial, corporate and commercial banking works in both conventional and Islamic and minor involvement in litigation, civil and criminal, construction and secretarial. Took break in between career and currently active seeking for a career change. Aim to expand the career horizon to become more versatile and compatible with the current needs.
