1. My Name is Nor Fazliyatun Binti Norasli, currently working as Account Executive at Perbadanan Pengurusan PPR KG Baru Air Panas Bhd almost 1years,i have almost 12years working experience in account,also have 1 years to do payroll,
   I also have experience working under sales department when I working at Fast Aid Sdn Bhd.

DESCRITION OF JOB FUNCTION  :  EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT (APR’23 – PRESENT)
Accounting
1.Handle of data entry & filling for account receivable and account payable.
2.Integrate and check sales & supplier invoices
3. To monitor and update collection and expenses
4.Prepare payment vouchers and submit by online or cheques and update suppliers on payment status
5.Prepare the invoice & debtor statement of accounts for customers
6.Handle and Record of data entry & filling in anything related
7.Prepare payment for supplier 
8.Checking & prepare payment voucher for petty cash claim.
9.Responsible for proper filling of accounting of all records and documentation.
10. Manage the bookkeeping in account system.
11.Monthly reconciliations and tally of accounts.
12.Prepare monthly expenses report for community member
13.Assist in any other related function and duties assigned by superior
14. Liaise and to resolve any irregularities or enquiries from auditor / supplier & customers.
15.Preparing documentation for Yearly AGM meeting
16.Update the all the contractor due contract
17.Prepare the documentation under JKKP & DBKL & Suruhanjaya Tenaga and regarding the Strata 
Payroll
1.Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
2.Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
3.Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, disability, and reporting on this
4.Resolving payroll discrepancies
5.Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
6.Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
7.Prepare payment voucher and payment for salary and claim
8.Prepare Statutory Payment – KWSP & SOCSO
