During my internship, I had the privilege to demonstrate my robust communication skills and effective teamwork. I conducted over 50 inspections for finished goods and incoming products, ensuring that our products consistently met stringent quality and compliance standards. This involved a keen eye for detail and successful collaboration within the team.

My role also involved the meticulous maintenance and documentation of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL protocols. This dedication resulted in an impressive 99% compliance rate, underscoring my proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. **Part-time Saleswoman, Boy London Robinson, Kuala Lumpur (August 2020 — December 2020)**

As a part-time saleswoman, I took on the responsibility of market research and customer prospecting, identifying more than 30 potential clients to expand our customer base. My proficiency in effectively promoting products and providing detailed information about their unique features led to a commendable 95% customer satisfaction rate. My negotiation skills and commitment to providing excellent after-sales support were instrumental in maintaining this high level of customer satisfaction.

**Part-time Shop Assistant, Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet, Kuala Lumpur (November 2019 — January 2020)**

In my role as a part-time shop assistant, I was accountable for setting up and maintaining display areas and units to enhance product visibility. I provided a welcoming and informative shopping experience to over 50 customers daily. **Master of Business Administration (MBA), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) University, Selangor (September 2022 — Present)**

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UTAR, a program that has allowed me to excel and earn the prestigious Platinum grade for the UTAR Soft Skills Development Certificate Programme (USSDC). My coursework covers critical areas, including Organisational Behaviour and Analysis, Financial Information and Control, Legal Environment of Business for Managers, Marketing Management, and Strategic Management for Corporations.

**BSc (Hons) Food Science with Nutrition, UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur (May 2019 — April 2022)**

My Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science with Nutrition from UCSI University has been a significant part of my educational journey. I was recognized as the Head of Registration in Alpha event 2019, and I consistently held a place on the Faculty of Applied Sciences Dean’s Honours Lists from 2019 to 2022. In addition, I achieved the status of a semi-finalist in the 12th Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT) Competition in 2021. My coursework included crucial subjects such as Product Development and Sensory Evaluation, Nutrition and Functional Food, Food Processing and Packaging, Entrepreneurship, and Food Safety.

**Foundation in Science (Applied Sciences), UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur (March 2018 — March 2019)**

I initiated my academic journey with a Foundation in Science (Applied Sciences) at UCSI University. During this time, I held the esteemed UCSI University Trust Education Grant in 2018, highlighting my dedication to academic excellence.

**Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), SMJK Yu Hua, Selangor (January 2016 — November 2017)**

My secondary education at SMJK Yu Hua in the Science Stream (Pure Sciences) was marked by numerous achievements. I took on the role of Head of a Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS), which is the peer counselor, demonstrating my leadership skills. I excelled academically and emerged as the champion in the Maths Games Competition in 2017, while also achieving merit in the Malaysian National Chemistry Quiz (K3M) in 2017. Additionally, I clinched the championship in the National Stamp and Philately Club Competition in both 2016 and 2014.

My education has not only provided me with a solid academic foundation but has also honed my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. These qualifications and experiences have prepared me to excel in my chosen field and contribute positively to my future endeavors.
