    Description

    Purpose of Job

    We are looking for talent who manages the support of day-to-day Financial Lines services. As a Financial Line Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate the issuance and renewal of insurance policies, ensure accurate and timely processing of policies documentation.
    • Maintain relationships with client and provide assistance regarding policy detail and coverage.
    • Billing checking and follow up with insurers on policy documents, notify insurer of any discrepancies, and amendment.
    • Follow up with clients on premiums collection and address premium warranty due date.
    • Follow up with insurers on policy documents, notify insurer of any discrepancies, and amendment.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the company's operations comply with legal requirements.

    Knowledge and Experience and Skill

    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 1 - 2 years' of related working experience in operations or support role, preferably in insurance broker company.
    • Possess relevant knowledge of the principles of Insurance will be preferable
    • Able to communicate effectively both orally and written in English
    • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point)
    • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
