    Job Description

    We're looking for a driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial Digital Account Strategist to help drive our clients' business. Reporting directly to our Founder, you'll be responsible for:

    • Strong communication internally and externally.
    • Accountability for the team's operational success, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliverables.
    • Managing client expectations on deliverables and campaign outcomes, ensuring team alignment and excellence.
    • Immersing yourself in client businesses, developing a deep understanding of their challenges, objectives, and industries.
    • Working with performance marketing specialists to strategize campaigns based on client objectives.
    • Identifying areas of opportunity to enhance client campaign strategy.
    • Staying up-to-date with recent performance marketing trends to keep clients informed.
    • Collaborating with the Founder on client pitching and sales development.
    • Working on lead generation and nurturing strategies to develop new business.
    • Planning and preparing pitch decks or proposals for clients.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • 1-3 years of related work experience.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing - Paid media (SEM, SEO, social media, etc.) and/or digital media.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage conflicts.
    • Good client relationship skills.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment.
    • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
    • A team player with a positive attitude.

    Work Arrangement

    This position is remote with flexible timing, allowing you to arrange your schedule while ensuring timely attendance at meetings and meeting deliverables. Occasional late evening meetings may be required due to collaboration with teams from different time zones.
