    Job Overview

    As a Client Servicing Executive, your role will be central to maintaining and enhancing our services for clients in the Malaysia, Hong Kong and London markets. This role presents excellent opportunities for progression, tailored to individual strengths and pace. Candidates possessing a creative mindset and a proactive approach are particularly encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulating, developing, and executing client proposals, while providing guidance on content direction
    • Overseeing the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns to ensure they align with client goals and expectations.
    • Monitoring campaign performance, generating comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, and using data-derived insights to optimize future campaigns.
    • Managing client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or conflicts swiftly
    • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
    • Staying updated on industry trends and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Preparing media schedules, written summaries, and delivering compelling client presentations
    • Assisting the marketing team with creative content development for social media posts and digital ads

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • A keen understanding and passion for the digital marketing landscape and influencer marketing
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in a client service, account management, or similar role in the marketing or advertising field
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
    • Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in the digital marketing arena
    • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights and present them effectively
    • Creative thinking capabilities, with a knack for generating innovative campaign ideas and solutions
    • A growth mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
