    Description
    JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate is responsible for mobile campaign operation for customer retention and revenue growth for cash cow – mobile business.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Responsible for customer retention and revenue campaign for mobile business (cash cow).

    • Clear understanding of campaign objectives and expected campaign results.
    • Data analysis for data sets via Microsoft Excel, Power BI for retargeting.
    • Campaign planning and maintenance, i.e campaign setup, business policies and rewards crediting.
    • Daily and weekly reporting or analysis for insights.

    Communicate with other department:
    technical backend team, digital, marketing, channel sales, channel support and customer service.

    • Ensure best UX and campaign experience to the market.
    • Ensuring all campaign information listed to the public is correct and accurate.
    • Handling special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.
    JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)

    • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
    • Understanding of consumer behaviour and consumer marketing.
    • Structured understanding of operational processes.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 2-3 years working experience in related field is required for this position.
    • Experience in operation and telco industry is preferred.
