    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR

    • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies

      Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 1+ years of experience in HR management or a related role
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month

    • Bachelor's (required)
