    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Specializing in Monitor and Control Systems Architecture, your key focus is to assess, plan, design, execute, and optimize the existing and the new monitoring and control (M&C) available in the Broadcast Operation domain. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of advanced monitoring, control, and the development of M&C software applications. Take ownership of end-to-end design and technical implementation for monitoring, control, and orchestration systems tailored for broadcast operation. Your expertise ensures successful delivery, continuous improvement, and ongoing system support. Dive into complex technical environments, delivering professional monitoring and control services to Broadcast Technology users. Swiftly respond to technical issues, building strong relationships with users and collaborating seamlessly with other teams.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently lead assigned projects involving monitoring and control systems within Broadcast Technology. Actively contribute across all project phases, from detailed planning to hands-on execution and successful completion.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with predefined goals. Serve as a central point of contact, fostering collaboration between users, system developers, and integrators across various divisions.
  • Spearhead the development of monitoring and control systems, addressing technical intricacies while maintaining high-quality standards. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, facilitating transparent and effective communication.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the technical implementation of end-to-end monitoring and control projects. Continuously conduct baseline research to enhance monitoring and control systems, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the broadcast system and relevant devices.
  • Act as the primary liaison for users, system developers, and integrators, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective communication. Collaborate closely with system integrators, software developers, and suppliers to manage projects, swiftly identifying and resolving issues.
  • Lead M&C software development initiatives, crafting key solutions for AI-powered and advanced monitoring & control systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, prioritize requirements, and deliver top-notch solutions. Additionally, guides users in maximizing the potential of their systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of advanced monitoring, control, and orchestration software applications within the Broadcast Technology domain. Proactively address technical challenges impacting project delivery and perform quality assurance from a functional perspective on all technical project features.
  • Contribute to creating exhaustive documentation (SOW/TE/BOQ/Draft Contract/RFI/RFQ/RFSP/Tender) for monitoring and control platform development and other improvement projects. Ensure thorough documentation of technical requests for projects, guaranteeing the efficient implementation of all technical aspects in project delivery.
  • Create and maintain all necessary project documentation for acceptance, hand-over, and internal presentation procedures, ensuring clarity and transparency in project procedures.

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably 5-6 years' profound knowledge of end-to-end broadcast operation generally and monitor & control systems specifically.
  • Design and implementation experience in monitoring and control system architecture. Knowledge of any advanced monitoring, control, and orchestration software applications will be an advantage.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in software product integration. Having a natural technical understanding and a strong belief in the benefits of software technology.
  • Adapt quickly, and enjoy digging beneath the surface to understand how things work.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users and cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Significant knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Visio, and other relevant products.
