    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES/ KEY ACTIVITIES

    • Maintain product visibility and accessibility on retail shelves.
    • Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and planograms.
    • Implement the FEFO method to manage product rotation and minimize spoilage.
    • Ensure all products on the shelf are stocked in accordance with their expiration dates to optimize product quality.
    • Regularly monitor and report on stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
    • Adjust stock levels based on sales trends and outlet demand.
    • Handle the return process for unsold or expired products.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and on time delivery process.
    • Set up and maintain promotional displays and POSM.
    • Negotiate additional display locations to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
    • Work closely with outlet managers to ensure order proposals meet the outlet's sales and inventory requirements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with outlet buyers and store management.
    • Regularly communicate with buyers to understand their needs, receive feedback, and discuss opportunities to enhance business cooperation.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

    • High school / Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or related field.
    • Decent experience in sales or retail, preferably within the FMCG sector.
    • communication skills.
    • ability to analyze simple sales data.

    • Comfortable working independently and visiting various retail locations.
