    Job Summary: Contribute to the planning, design and implementation of talent management and talent development strategies, tools and resources. The role also requires ensuring operational excellence in administering talent management, capability & learning management deployment activities. The role reports directly to the Head, Talent Management.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides support in planning, analytical support & solutions and coordinating the implementation as well as administration and monitoring of talent management strategic initiatives.
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management system, including enrolment management, user support, troubleshooting of technical issues and timely reporting of user effectiveness/learning effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support continuous improvement, change management and organizational results for talent management initiatives.
    • Produce and maintain reports and utilize PowerBI dashboard to create insights and produce results.
    • Continuous learning in market best practices for talent management trends, and follow through with suitable evaluations and recommendations for continuous improvement of talent management.
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to source, plan and coordinate functional/technical training programs, workshops etc. Ensure that resources, trainers, and materials are arranged in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist in the production, and distribution of training materials, such as presentations, handouts, manuals, and online resources. Maintain an organized repository of learning materials for easy access and reference.
    • Support the evaluation of training programs through participant feedback surveys, assessments, and other measurement tools.
    • Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to participants, ensuring clear and timely information dissemination.
    • Ensure compliance with training requirements and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of employee training completion, certifications, and compliance documentation.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of training processes and procedures.
    • Ensure all HRDF claims are completed on a timely basis in compliance to regulation.
    • As and when assigned, to support with any other operational matters within the scope of Talent Management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent management.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
    • Attention to details and accuracy in data management and reporting.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
    • Thrive in analytics, using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
