- Manage overall Airport Services KPI to ensure highest possible quality of service, meet or exceed corporate target on OTP and customer satisfaction
- Lead, manage and monitor the strategic performance improvement initiatives that have any direct or indirect impact on the business operations of the region, in order to develop a consistent implementation alignment across the region
- Provide leadership, guidance and a shared vision for the various stations, in order to pave development of an aligned set of strategies within each station that will contribute and synergize with the Airport Services overall strategy
- Measure, track and monitor Airport Services related cost and charges maximum cost efficiency with effective SLA management
- Manage and motivate the Airport Services team at International station in ensuring highest level of team commitment, productivity and talent management.
- Degree in Degree in any related field
- 8-10 years of working experience in Airport Services Area
- Exceptional executive presence with oratory and language skills
- Advanced depth of airlines industry knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to establish credibility and exert influence with key stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level
- Highly developed analytical skills and an ability to solve complex problems, and excellent written communication skills
