- Monitor and perform setups on inventory cycle count program, prepare analysis reporting on cycle count performance and inventory control.
- Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensure inventory and costing control procedures in compliance to GAAP and SOX requirement.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and rollforward for review, follow up with operations to resolve reconciliation issues on time.
- Follow up monthly accruals with other functional area to support for month end close activities.
- Assist in headcount and fixed overhead cost analysis, perform investigations on manufacturing variances.
- Assist in tracking/update KPI outlook and metrics, preparation and checking on financial reports for management review.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A, combination of both experiences would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion.
- Possess good analytical and reporting skills, have good understanding in manufacturing cost structure.
- Positive mindset and proactive in problem solving.
