    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding clients' needs, proposing IT solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects and services effectively. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience in account management or sales
    • Knowledge of IT solutions and technology
    • Ability to understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions
    • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
