    Job description
    We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
    • Assess candidates' suitability for specific roles and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
    • Conduct reference checks as needed.
    • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as necessary.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
    • Implement effective candidate relationship management strategies.

    Requirements and skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
