    Description

    Assistant Manager, Finance (3 Months Maternity Cover)

    Duration: April 2024 to July months)

    Location: Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from PBD MRT Station)

As we embark on our journey, we are seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to join our team for a maternity cover position.

    He/she will be responsible for the timely submission of monthly management accounts and participating actively in monthly strategic meetings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly management accounts, tax computations/estimates, and actual cash flow reports for active projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management account presentation slides, statistical data, and financial reports.
    • Participate in budget preparation and reforecast exercises, conducting financial analysis and reviewing annual budgets for improved forecasting accuracy.
    • Generate cash flow projections and monitor cash flow management to support project financial stability.
    • Maintain liaison with bankers to oversee the overall treasury function effectively.
    • Coordinate with auditors, debtors, and creditors to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.
    • Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with IFCA or MHW software preferred.
    • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in property development or related industries.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
