    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Architectural Leadership : Spearhead our backend development, from designing architecture to coding and strategising for increasing efficiency.
    • Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues across various functions, including mentoring junior engineers and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
    • Product Development Communication : Engage in regular discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders about ongoing product development.
    • Integration Mastery : Seamlessly integrate with multiple third-party systems to enhance our robust fintech solutions.
    • Documentation & Standards : Regularly develop and maintain documentation, setting the standard for our engineering practices.
    • Innovative Thinking : Continuously brainstorm to enhance user experience, platform functionality, and service offerings.
    • Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with our CTO and COO to align technology development with business milestones.

    In Your First Month, You Will

    • Review project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and any relevant technical documentation.
    • Participate in one of roadmap projects.
    • Migrate authentication system to OAuth 2.0
    • Build integration development IT.
    • Integrate metered billing.
    • Implement affiliate system.

    Job Requirements

    • Experienced : Brings 5+ years in developing enterprise platforms within high-growth environments.
    • Self-Motivated : Thrives in an innovative and autonomous setting.
    • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in TypeScript, , GraphQL, RDBMS, RM, IT, and messaging queues (Kafka/ QS/RabbitMQ).
    • Quality Focused : Excels in writing well-tested, concise code and is committed to code quality standards.
    • Operationally Proficient : Skilled in optimising, deploying, and tuning servers (e.g., EKS, Docker).
    • Architecturally Astute : Makes informed architectural decisions and understands various tech stacks.
    • Effective Communicator : Clear and concise in discussing complex technical and organisational issues.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Domain Skills : Expertise in , Prisma, AWS/cloud technologies, Docker, CI/CD, and React.
    • Integration Expertise : Experience with managing and integrating data via 3rd party APIs.
    • Dashboard Experience : Experience in building APIs for dashboard.
