- Own the evaluation and analysis of project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
- Refine the creation and maintenance of stakeholder relationships and engagement, including contributing to communication plan
- Engage appropriate audiences/resources and formalize documentation from requirements elicitation sessions
- Participate in the creation of requirements repository structure, and the enforcement of quality and traceability attributes in requirements delivery for subsequent project activities
- Participate in determining solution performance metrics, learn how to perform measurements, and support subsequent reporting
- Contribute to modelling efforts while refining capability through individual study and working with other analysts and developers
- Develop ability to intervene and improve work processes, effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist other team members in completing process reviews and redesign opportunities
- Promote continuous improvement environment. Recommend alternatives if current approach/process could be done in a more cost-effective manner while achieving the business objective.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Equip with data visualization skill sets + Python/ R technical knowledge
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or SQL
- Strong interpersonal skills
