    Job Description
    Who are we looking for?

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting for group companies
    • Driving accurate and timely month-end closing and preparation of Balance Sheet schedules
    • Handling inter-company billings and reconciliation
    • Managing the fixed assets of the company
    • Performing monthly foreign exchange revaluation and analysis
    • Ability to extract, analyze data, and liaise with others to resolve financial matters
    • Overseeing cash management and developing strategies to control costs
    • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company registrar from various countries and also liaise with investees
    • Maintaining the investor records and ensuring all the investment documents are in place
    • Support the fund Managing Partner on administrative works and office administrative works
    • Supporting ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time


    Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • At least 4-5 years of working experience
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and detail-oriented
    • Proficiency in spreadsheets – Ms.Excel
    • Knowledge and experience in AutoCount or any cloud accounting system will be an added advantage
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong technical accounting skills and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task, work under a dynamic and challenging environment
