    MVC Resources background
    Description
    To execute day-to-day financial operations of the company to ensure it is in compliance with the legislations and SOP

    Company's Management Accounts
    • Collection & Sales reconciliation and update on Net Sales, monitoring the variance & submit reporting to various stakeholders, including general journals
    • Manage Net Sales relating to provisions and ratio analysis
    • Oversees the Accounts Receivables ("AR") and Collections of the Company, including setting up of AR and its related policies/procedures
    • Responsible for keeping full set of accounts, including Balance sheet reconciliations

    Inventory control and management
    • Work with Supply Chain department on inventory management, inventory forecast accuracy, bias, reconciliations
    • Inventory provision and ratio analysis
    • Stock count exercise planning

    Ad hoc
    • Works closely with the auditors to complete audit process & tax submission
    • Ad hoc assignments as and when assigned by superior

    Requirements

    Education/ Degree:
    • Bachelor/ Degree holder or equivalent in accounting/ finance related discipline
    Background including total years of experience
    • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG/Shared Service
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
    Technical skills:
    • Accounting, Microsoft Office
    Languages:
    • English
    Soft and Leadership Skills:
    • Analytical, meticulous and with an eye for details
    • Strong process and project management skills/ capabilities
    • Good communication skills
    • Positive attitude and a team player
