    Finance Executive (Hong Kong Support)

    Responsibilities

  • To assist the monthly financial results closing.
  • Follow up insurance commission /trailer receipt with Insurers and Fund houses.
  • Perform commission receipt and advisor payment into insurance system.
  • Perform bank and other reconciliations, prepare audit schedules, fixed assets register.
  • Assist Accountant in updating the weekly cash flow projection.
  • Ad-hoc financial matters and projects that may assign from time to time.
  • Report to the Head of Finance Department in HK.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team in Hong Kong and Singapore head office.

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Independent, self-motivated, team player and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft excel and Computer literate.
  • Good knowledge in accounting software preferably Sunsystem.
  • Those who has experience in fund accounting, financial service industry, financial institution will have an added advantage.
  • Good command in Cantonese & English to deal with HK Insurers and Fund houses.
