    Job Description:

  • In charge of overseeing the Company's Sales Budget.
  • Strategies, coordinate, and guide the sales team towards meeting company goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Fulfil sales operational needs by arranging schedules and delegating tasks to subordinates to attain desired sales outcomes.
  • Establish sales targets for each team members by assigning specific sales territories.
  • Provide training sessions to aid the sales team in overcoming challenges, enhancing customer relationships, and boosting productivity.

    Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in FMCG
  • Minimum SPM or any higher educational level
  • Possess own transport and flexible to travel for work
