    Description
    • Fully in-charge of housekeeper department, to ensure housekeeping department operate in an efficient manner through effective identification of the needs and requirement.
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality control program to ensure all properties meet the companys cleanliness standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all properties are adequately stocked and equipped.
    • Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
    • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Develop and implement emergency response procedures for unexpected situations, such as spills, accidents, or other cleanliness-related issues.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
    • Budgeting and cost control experience.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
