- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs through financial, market, and legal analysis and insights for the drafting of technical design and proposals for the management's consideration and approval. Manage the review of annual benefits and incentives to ensure that the company's benefit and incentive schemes are competitive in the market.
- HR Policy & Procedure: Lead the development and enforcement of HR policies, systems and procedures to ensure it is in place to support the business, legal and statutory requirements. Develop and prepare new concepts/proposals through benchmarking with best practices, market research and analysis in the formulation, development and implementation of future compensation/benefit program and policies.
- Rewards Management: Lead the development and implementation of the reward management framework in Company to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate the employees.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reporting to the management on the HR operations, compensation and benefits, rewards, and any relevant HR policies to ensure compliance and implementation are within the approved policy and guidelines.
- HR Operations: Lead and manage timely administration of payroll operations and other approved allowance e.g., covering, acting, OT etc. to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of payroll service level. Oversee the implementation of internal benefits (loan report, claims report, medical etc.) through verification and compliance check.
- Subject Matter Expert: Become the focal point and act as Subject Matter Expert to communicate and provide advice to the stakeholders on the updated HR benefits and policies within the areas of HR Operations e.g. salary proposals, benefits, medical issues etc. to ensure stakeholders are kept up-to-date and their concerns are catered.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resource or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience as HR generalist at divisional level with exposure and understanding of business strategy and decision making.
- Exposure and in-depth knowledge in C&B, Policies and Rewards would be an added advantage. Experience in developing and implementing new policies/benefits would be a great advantage
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
