    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Handle daily accounting data entry and book keeping
    • Proper handling and coding of invoices
    • Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost and expenses
    • Verification of all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents
    • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts
    • Maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
    • Liaison with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
    • Maintain the cashbook and cashflow report
    • Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
    • Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel and Word
    • Able to use Accounting software
    • Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in mandarin or local dialect will be an added advantage
    • Preferably someone with dynamic personality, attention to detail, organized, focused, independent and confident
    • Self-motivated, good time management, resourceful and willing to learn
    • Able to start work immediately
