  • Guide the team in promoting the adoption of the Procurement Policy and its related procedures.
  • Analyze procurement operation processes and furnish essential metrics to the business to ensure continued relevance and adherence.
  • Oversee the management of supplier master data to uphold data integrity.
  • Occasionally assist the concierge service for employees regarding P2P tools.
  • Foster collaboration and build robust relationships with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Planning, Operations leaders, and employees throughout the organization.
  • Be the pioneer of the department.

    skill/experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in leading a purchasing team and providing support for Procurement Operations.
  • Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes and adeptly executes transactional procurement in alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards.
