    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.

    Manage the calculation and distribution of salaries for local employees, ensuring timely payment and handling related human resource management and reporting affairs.

    Responsible for the company's financial accounting, invoicing, tax declaration, and other related matters.

    Coordinate with local audit firms, responsible for coordinating tax reporting and audit work with audit firms to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

    Assist Chinese employees with visa processing, including application, renewal, and handling related documents.

    Qualifications:

    Diploma degree or above in Human Resources Management, Finance Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in finance and human resources work preferred.

    Familiar with the recruitment process, with certain recruitment experience and personnel management capabilities.

    Able to independently handle company accounting tasks and liaise with the head office finance department.

    Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

    Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.

    • Proficient in both Mandarin English and Malay language is preferred.
