Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:-

1. Analyze Market Trends

Conduct comprehensive research on marketing trends, pricing strategies, and competitor products to refine our marketing plans.

2. Drive Sales Growth

Generate monthly sales targets ranging from RM2 million to RM3 million while ensuring exceptional customer service.

3. Promote and Expand

Take the lead in promoting our diverse range of products and services, aiming to expand business and develop new market avenues.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Efficiently manage our customer database and process requests to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting

Provide insightful marketing results to management, supporting strategic decision-making.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1. Educational Background

Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline.

2. Proven Experience

At least 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Preferably within the plastics or pipes industry.

3. Leadership Skills

Current experience at a managerial level with a strong track record of managing a sales team.

4. Language Proficiency

Fluency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
