    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell.
  • Deliver a memorable retail experience through: initial contact (body language and greeting), assessing the client's needs, make the client dream (romance the product), offering excellent after sales service / follow-up.
  • Learn from Store Manager and store team on how to maximize business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations.
  • Perform with energy, proactiveness, does not give up attitude and actively researches ways to improve results / problem solving.
  • Collect the feedback from clients on the collection and share them to the Store Manager.
  • Gather information on competitor activities, visiting competitors, read editorials, magazines, etc.
  • Contribute to team work, adapt to different personalities, is flexible, seeks support from and provides support to team members.
  • Ensure interior and exterior of the store is maintained to Company standards.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the retail industry
  • Possess initiative, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand the retail industry
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Prior working experience in the luxury retail industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, preferably in more than 2 languages
  • Team player with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
