    About The Role

    They are currently looking for a Business HR Manager to join the growing team. You will be responsible for managing the human resources functions within the organisation to support the achievement of business objectives. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company's overall goals, fostering a positive work culture, and enhancing employee engagement and performance. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
    • Strategic HR Planning
    • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
    • Employee Relations
    • Performance Management
    • Learning and Development
    • Compensation and Benefits
    • HR Analytics and Reporting

    About The Manager/team

    Reporting to the Regional HR Director.

    Skills & Experience Required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and have experience in managing regional portfolios.
