    Description

    The IT Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for providing presales technical expertise to the Sales Teams and Customers during the sales process for a range of IT services and solutions.

    Working closely with the Sales Account Manager, this individual will uncover customer requirements and create compelling events to drive sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver and achieve sales targets and assigned KPI in IT services or solution sales.
    • Develop business opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on potential sales prospects.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities and solutions.
    • Support and lead product presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) with assistance from the Pre-sales team.
    • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers.
    • Assist with the creation of proposals and tender responses.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or any relevant field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT related.
    • Strong understanding of IT concepts and infrastructure
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
    • Skilled in understanding customer needs and articulating them back to the Technical and Service Delivery Teams
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-sales.
