    What you'll be getting up to:

    • Lead and supervise a team of Japanese customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality and efficiency of customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to address customer feedback and implement solutions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve service delivery.
    • Generate reports and analyze data related to customer support metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

    Requirements:

    • Required language(s): Japanese (Native) English.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
    • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
