    Senior Controller

    Purpose of position

  • Partner with the management of enabling functions to provide financial planning & analysis support to their operations and achievement of goals.
  • To provide advisory to the management of enabling functions in achieving their financial KPI targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team and contribute to process optimization and harmonization

    • Core tasks

  • Drive the mid-term planning process including cost, revenue and CAPEX planning for the enabling functions at the group level
  • Support the enabling functions in cost management and control
  • Have good understanding about the development of enabling functions to provide KPI analysis and commentary on deviations
  • Forecast the financial performance of enabling functions
  • Gathering financial intelligence to prepare presentations for the Board/management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify process improvement and propose solution for optimization and harmonization
  • Support the new structural setup and maintenance for the enabling functions or restructuring in the group/region
  • Project support for enabling functions from the financial perspective

    • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, team player, able to work with high level of autonomy and strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Well versed in Microsoft software, Excel, Power Point, Power BI and etc.. Experience in SAP is an advantage
