    Manager / Assistant Manager, ePension Operations

    Responsibilities

  • Participate in the setup of the infrastructure for pension administration.
  • Develop and implement the operational setup of ePension digital platform.
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external and internal project owners and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Ensure daily operational efficiency through oversight and close monitoring of operational workflows.
  • Monitor process productivity to ensure SLA are achieved.
  • To ensure team members consistently maintain a high level of service by achieving established SLAs.
  • To guide and coach team members on technical capabilities.
  • Brief team members regularly and ensure that they are aware of individual/department performance targets and achievements on a timely manner.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in operations is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managerial position.
  • Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure, and to fixed deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Finance/Banking/Investment/Mathematics/Statistics/IT or any related courses.
