- To perform all routine and administrative duties, including attending to phone calls and queries from the public.
- To be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail. A register for outgoing mail shall be maintained.
- Issuing invoice, key in bill, recording payment and receipt.
- Perform all kinds of routine administrative and filing duties.
- Preparing monthly claims submission.
- Arranging Payment
- Acceptable work in Beer/ non-Halal Industry.
- Academic Qualification : AEC / SPM / Diploma / Degree
- Skills : Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems (preferable)
- Able to write and converse in English
- Good working attitude
- Able to multitasking
