    Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Manager of Group Sustainability Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • To implement, and execute an overall sustainability framework, strategy, and roadmap for financing and investment activities that align with sustainability principles and guidelines.
    • To identify areas in policies, procedures, and processes related to financing and investment activities that could be improved in line with the Bank's commitment to sustainability.
    • To assist Group Corporate Strategy (Product & program) division, to develop and implement sustainable financing products and services that relevant to market needs and requirement.
    • To provide sustainability advisory services, offering technical support and guidance on sustainability-related financing, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders (where relevant).
    • To manage and monitor the designated Sustainable Finance client and product portfolio, performing rigorous due diligence and managing and reporting on identified risks.
    • To research, review, and mitigate sustainability risks, monitoring and reporting on these risks as part of the bank's broader risk management strategy.
    • To monitor and ensure the sustainability performance of the financing and treasury portfolio, incompliance with the bank's and regulators sustainability guidelines.
    • To continuously monitor emerging trends, risks, regulations, issues, and programs in sustainability, keeping up-to-date and identifying opportunities for improvements, and providing guidance on addressing this matter to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • To supervise, mentor and coach subordinates and ensure all tasks assigned are properly executed on a timely manner.
    • To ensure compliance with the Bank's policies & procedures at all times.
    • To comply & report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of Employee Code of Conduct, robberies & burglaries.
    • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Banking and other related industries.
    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with exposure of working on sustainability management and reporting standards.
    • Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
