    Description
    Admin & Accounts Executive for E-commerce company

    Job description

    • Prepare payroll, EPF, Socso and PCB with payroll system
    • Check and verify vendor invoices and make payment to vendors
    • Update cashflow
    • Ensure proper filing of records and documents for all financial and
    accounting transactions

    • Prepare invoices for clients
    • Follow up on debtors payment
    • Prepare Purchase Orders to vendors
    • Handle office administration matters
    • Undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Superior
    • To perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
    Job requirements

    • Candidates should possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ LCCI Higher or equivalent
    • Able to work independently and resourceful
    • Attention to detail is a prerequisite and able to complete job task with accuracy and reliability
    • Good communication skills
    • Team player with a positive working attitude
    • Ability to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

    Remunerations:
    Annual bonus, Annual Increment

    Working hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
