Description

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies for carrying out Advertising and Promotional activities.
Coordinate and execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing and campaigns.
Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F and NAPIC submission.
Conduct market research and surveys on competitors and property market.
Assist in managing marketing expenditure and budget to maximize operational efficiency.
Manage the inventory of all marketing materials.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of Sales & Marketing plans to achieve the company's sales targets.
General department administration and any ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years' experience in property development industry.
A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
