  • Leading and managing end to end data analysis projects and initiatives from gathering requirements to implementation and evaluation.
  • Overseeing the development of regular and adhoc reports and dashboard request
  • Leading a team of data analysts & developers by providing technical guidance and support for the team's technical development
  • Responsible for designing and developing reports, dashboards and visualizations to convert raw data into actionable insights for business users and stakeholders to make business decisions
  • Leading maintainence upgrades to ensure data performance adn quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Responsible in identifying data sources for the preparation and development of data models
  • Leading the preparation of technical documentation for the development of databases, scripts, ETP processes and reports
  • Optimizing the data processes and workflows to enhance data scalability and data quality stability
  • Ensure successful implementation of data warehousing initiatives to meet organization's goal skills & requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis/analytics, with minimum 3 years of experience in people manager role
  • Experience in BI tools (Qliksense/Tableau) and data warehousing platform (snowflake)
  • Experiemce working on data on ERP systems would be an added advantage
  • Experience with SQL in data modelling, data query and data analysis activities
  • Experience with statistical analysis and development and implementation of predictive modelling
