    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract / QS Executive. The Contract / QS Executive will be responsible for managing project budgets, preparing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and coordinating project billing and payment. They will also be responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors. This role is located in Kuala Lumpur, but some work from home is acceptable.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in measurement, contract management, and project budgeting, etc.
    • analytical and problem-solving skills
    • negotiating and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
    • Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management is a plus
    • Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
