    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Strategy

    · Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates. Utilize various channels and platforms to source talent and streamline the hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.

    Employee Engagement

    · Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous feedback.

    Performance Management

    · Support the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes to drive accountability, recognize achievements, and facilitate ongoing performance improvement.

    HR Operations

    · Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Key Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on HR operations, recruitment and engagement.

    · Strong knowledge on employment laws and regulations.

    · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    · Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence positive change.

    · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
